The Emerald
Located in beautiful downtown Beaufort, South Carolina, The Emerald
was originally the home of BoomBears, an iconic toy store designed by local architect James G. Thomas. In 2021, after sitting vacant for almost 10 years, the building underwent an extensive renovation which included elevating the entire building, making it the first self-service boutique hotel in Beaufort.
